Handlebar Tape

Handlebar Tape provides grip and comfort. Bar tape can come in many different types including Polyurethane tape (provides cushioning), Composite rubber tape, Cork tape (padded tape, provides cushioning but less durable), Bike ribbon (plastic padded tape with smooth waterproof surface), Cotton tape (unpadded woven cotton tape with adhesive backing) and Leather wrap. To apply the handlebar tape we recommend wrapping from near the stem outwards (securing with insulation tape) towards the end of the handlebars this way you get a nice finish on the bar tape where it is tucked into the end of the handlebar and secured with your handlebar plug.
