No Quibble Returns

Online/ Mail Order Returns:
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item ordered via mail order provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.
  • We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee
  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
  • We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been personalised e.g. with name printing
  • We will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
  • If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with
  • Value of goods only will be refunded.
  • For the purpose of hygiene, shorts, knicks and tights with a seatpad cannot be returned

NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Goods must be accompanied with a copy of your Original Receipt and aCover note with your name, address, reason for return, explaining if you would like a exchange or refund

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

If you return something due to it being faulty we refund up to £10 carriage for bikes & frames and £5 for smaller items. If your return exceeds this amount please contact us and we can arrange collection for you. Please state a date and collection address (not Saturday or Sunday) where the goods can be collected from.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions belowalong with our standard returns procedure.

To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs Authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs Authority.

Damaged Goods

Before you sign for your goods make sure you are satisfied the contents are not damaged.

If in any doubt write: "GOODS DAMAGED"

IMPORTANT: If you sign that the item as 'has been received in good condition' you will have no claim later if the product is found to be damaged.

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Warranty & Warranty Returns

We never want an item to fail but we recognise that failures can happen. When you buy wih Pedal Revolution you can have total piece of mind and know that we will give you issue our full attention. Our team work with suppliers and brands to ensure any warranty case is handled with the upmost care and is processed as quickly as possible.

Warranty items need to be returned to us at the below address with the package clearly marked as "Warranty" so that we can send them to the supplier to start the warranty procedure - warranty cases are handled by the brand or supplier of the goods and normally have a 1-3 week turn around.

Warranty items must be returned with a copy of your original receipt (the is a requirement of the brands/ suppliers).

No monies can be refunded until an item is accepted for warranty by the brand/ supplier

While the S-Works Tarmac might be the optimal bike for winning Grand Tours, we know the chances are you’re not going to be launching it up Alpe d’Huez come July. Even so, if you need a bike that can set you up to blow the competition away on the weekly shakedown ride or at your local crit race, the Tarmac Expert always has its nose in front.
 
To bring the frame weight down to 950 grams, we revolutionised the construction and layup of the new FACT 10r carbon with advanced aerospace composite optimisation software, producing the most advanced material and schedule we’ve ever put together. This innovative means of construction helped us lop 200 grams off the frame weight – that’s nearly 20% – making the Tarmac Expert ideal to help you hit your next hill climb PB.
 
We’ve improved our Rider-First Engineered technology so we can give you a new Tarmac that’s both compliant and stiff exactly where you need it to be. Drawing on hundreds of Retül data points, as well as input from our professional riders, we’ve updated the geometry of the Tarmac. That means you get the ideal combination of a front end that’s incredibly responsive plus a short wheelbase – the two together makes for instantaneous response and optimal power transfer.
 
We haven’t neglected the quality of the ride though, as it’s no good a bike being stiff if it also leaves you unable to comfortably step off at the end of a ride. We’ve designed a seat post that includes compliance in the top 120mm. This allows a little bit of movement, without affecting the effectiveness of the seat post clamp. We’ve also dropped the seat stays and modified the shape of the seat tube. Improved tyre clearance means you can go all the way up to 30mm tyres, which translates to a Roval SLX 24 rim shod with 28mm Turbo Cotton tyres. This means you can run your tyres at lower pressures for reduced rolling resistance, increased traction and improved ride comfort.
 
All these characteristics combined mean this iteration of the Tarmac delivers an exhilarating and deadly-quick ride, while still taking some of the harshness and buzz out of the road. You can thank us after your next long ride.
 
Our WorldTour riders on both Bora-Hansgrohe and Team Quick-Step Floors never stop demanding aero improvements, and we're only too happy to pass the innovations we came up with for them down to you too. The name of the game is seeing what aero adjustments we can make to the frame, without hampering the bike’s essential Tarmac-ness.
 
Through six months of development, we narrowed it down to three parts of the bike – designing a new fork shape, a D-shaped seat post and seat tube, and lower seat stays with aero tubes. All this means we can bag you 45 seconds over 40 km compared to other same-category lightweight bikes – something we’re sure you’ll notice when you’re putting in the big hits at the front of the peloton.
 
The new Tarmac will be ready to race as soon as you get it out of the box, with lightweight Roval Rapide CL50 rims on DT Swiss hubs, a precise Shimano Ultegra 8000 groupset, a sublime Toupé Expert Gel saddle and our quickest S-Works Turbo 26mm tyres.
 
The FACT 10r carbon frame combines the lightweight performance and compliance of our top-end carbon production methods with our Rider-First Engineered™ design that ensures every frame size has the same legendary climbing responsiveness and descending prowess you'd expect from a Tarmac.
 
S-Works full FACT carbon fork with a tapered construction provides incredible front end stiffness and steering response for instantaneous accelerations and high-speed descents.
